Renovations to an existing Grade C Listed stone cottage including forming a new kitchen extension to the rear to give views across the Cromarty Firth. The works compromised of forming an opening in the existing stonework for a new extension entrance; repairing of the chimney and lime pointing the stone work. The existing windows and external doors were overhauled and refurbished to meet listed building consent guidelines. Internally the house was redesigned with the existing walls and first floor removed and new partitions erected throughout. Plumbing and electrics were replaced in their entirety. The house was finished to the highest of standards with oak flooring, tiling to kitchen and bathroom, carpets and paint finish ready for rental.
