This was a job creating 4 new studio flats in the Beauly Square. The job was challenging because of its location for delivery of materials. We had to remove half of the roof and replace it with a lower pitch roof in January, ensuring no water leaked in as there were other properties and an art gallery below. Mrs Fraser was very happy with Simpson Builders.
